STALK&BARREL Gold Chilli Rush


  • 2 oz STALK&BARREL Handcrafted Canadian Whisky
  • 0.75 oz red chilli honey syrup
  • 0.75 fresh lemon juice

Red Chilli Honey Syrup

  • 230g honey
  • 115g water
  • 2 fresh red chillis


  1. Prepare the Red Chilli Honey Syrup by slicing the red chillis and removing the seeds. Add all ingredients into a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the mixture simmers slightly. Remove from heat, cover, and allow the mixture to steep for 20 minutes. Strain out the solids and let the syrup cool. Refrigerate for up to two weeks. 
  2. In the cocktail shaker, add all ingredients.
  3. Fill with ice and shake hard for 8 seconds. 
  4. Double-strain the cocktail into a cocktail glass using a Hawthorne and fine strainer.
  5. Garnish with fresh red chilli.
