Smoked Lemon and Rosemary Whisky Fizz

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz STALK&BARREL Handcrafted Canadian Whisky
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  •  ¾ oz rosemary simple syrup
  • 2 oz soda water
  • Fresh rosemary sprig and lemon peel for garnish 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Using a smoking saucer, smoke wood chips in your cocktail glass and set aside
  2. Add STALK&BARREL Handcrafted Canadian Whisky, fresh lemon juice, and rosemary simple syrup to your glass and mix with ice until chilled.
  3. Pour over ice in your prepared cocktail glass, top with soda, and garnish with a fresh rosemary spring and lemon peel.
