The Spice Road

INGREDIENTS

• 1.5 oz STALK&BARREL Handcrafted Canadian Whisky
• 0.5 oz Cointreau
• 0.75 oz Honey turmeric and ginger syrup
• 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
• 1 Egg white

DIRECTIONS

1. In the cocktail shaker, add all ingredients and dry shake for 10 seconds.
2. Fill with ice and shake hard for 8 seconds.
3. Double strain the cocktail into a cocktail glass using a Hawthorne and fine strainer.
4. Garnish with 4-5 drops of aromatic bitters on top.
