Method: Shake
Ice: Served with Large Ice Cube
Garnish: Lemon Wedge
Ingredients
1.5 oz of Stalk&Barrel Whiskey
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Ginger Syrup
1/2 oz Honey Syrup
Directions
1. Shaker Tin, add all ingredients and add ice.
2. Shake until contents are combined and chilled, around 15 sec.
3. Double strain cocktail into a rocks glass with ice.
4. For a smoky finish, either use a cocktail smoker or add a splash of smoky Scotch on top.
Ginger Simple Syrup
Ingredients
1 cup white sugar
1 cup water
I cup of sliced ginger
Directions
1. Combine sugar, water, and in a saucepan.
2. Simmer, stirring, until boiling.
3. Reduce heat and cook 10 more minutes.
5. Add cup of ginger and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Cool for 30 minutes, strain, and refrigerate in a sealed container.
