Cocktail:
Ingredients
2 oz STALK&BARREL Whisky
1/2 oz Coffee Simple Syrup
2 to 3 Dashes Chocolate Angostura
Bitters
Directions
1. In a mixing glass, add all the ingredients
2. Fill with ice and stir 20-30 times
3. Strain cocktail with St. George strainer into a cocktail rocks glass with ice.
4. Garnish with a orange twist, and add a smokey twist!
Coffee Simple Syrup:
Ingredients:
1 cup white sugar
1 cup water
3 tablespoons GOOD ground coffee
1. Combine sugar, water, and good ground coffee in a saucepan.
2. Simmer, stirring, until boiling.
3. Reduce heat and cook 10 more minutes.
4. Cool for 30 minutes, strain, and refrigerate in a sealed container
