Peach Whisky Sour

Cocktail Ingredients:
1.5 oz Stalk & Barrel Whisky
1 oz Peach Syrup
Lemon Juice
Egg White
Basil Leaf

Details:
Glassware: Coupe Glass
Method: Shake
Ice: No Ice
Garnish: Basil Leaf

Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin.
Add ice and shake until chilled and well combined, about 15 seconds.
Remove the ice and shake again. This is your dry shake.
Double strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with a basil leaf and enjoy.

Peach Syrup Ingredients:
1 cup fresh peaches
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Optional: 1 tbsp lemon

Peach Syrup Directions:
Combine diced peaches, sugar, and water in a saucepan.
Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Strain into a bottle and let cool completely before refrigerating.
