INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 oz STALK&BARREL Handcrafted Canadian Whisky
  • 1 oz Nutty Solera Medium Sherry
  • 0.75 oz Whipping cream
  • 0.5 oz Maple syrup
  • 1 Whole egg

DIRECTIONS

  1. In the cocktail shaker, add all ingredients.
  2. Dry shake for 10 seconds.
  3. Fill with ice and shake hard for 8 seconds.
  4. Double strain the cocktail into a cocktail glass using a Hawthorne and fine strainer.
  5. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
