Ingredients
2 oz of STALK&BARREL Whisky
1 oz of Fresh Apple Cider
0.5 Cinnamon Syrup
0.5 Cinnamon Syrup
2 Dashes of Angostura BittersDirections
Directions
1. Add ice to your rocks glass.
2. Combine STALK & BARREL Whisky, fresh apple cider, and cinnamon simple syrup in a shaker tin.
3. Add ice to the shaker and shake until well combined and chilled.
4. Strain into the prepared rocks glass.
5. Top with Angostura bitters.
6. Finally, garnish with a cinnamon stick and enjoy!
Cinnamon Syrup
Ingredients
2 cups water
2 cups sugar
4 cinnamon sticks
Directions
1. Combine water and sugar in a saucepan.
2. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring until the sugar has dissolved.
3. Reduce heat, and add the cinnamon sticks. Simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Remove from heat, and continue to steep for at least 1 hour.
