From grain to glass, it’s all about the process. Here at STALK&BARREL, we’re reinventing what it means to be Canadian-made. Our small-batch unfiltered wort whisky found its roots in Ontario, with grains sourced from our own backyard in Canada.
STALK&BARREL brings whisky lovers, old and new, together with glasses in hand. Our handcrafted blend is bold and smooth, from the stalk of the grain to the oak barrel aging process to your whisky glass, offering creamy vanilla, butterscotch, and white pepper notes.
